FOB (Free on board):

All shipments are FOB shipping at our offices in Florida, USA.

 

Shipping:

Labeling, handling, packaging, and insurance fees are to be paid by the customer.

Packaging and handling fees may be charged separately.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply separately to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

 

Domestic Shipments:

We use USPS as our default shipment carrier in the U.S. Other carriers are available by customer request only.

 

International Shipments:

A quote will be given to customers requesting international shipping. If possible, the carrier used will be by the choice of the customer. However, if this is not possible, the most convenient carrier will be used.

Upon request, the customer's carrier account may be used to ship orders. In this case, the customer will be charged the shipping directly to their account.

Stock:

We try to have all our products in stock at all times. In the case that a product is not in stock at the time of purchase, the lead time for re-stock is 2-4 weeks. We will let you know if the product that you ordered is not for immediate shipping and you will have the choice to receive a refund or wait until the product is shipped to your address.

Upon request, we can place special expedited orders for products not available for immediate shipping.
